Darrin specializes in the Central Business District, Lower Downtown and Midtown submarkets. As a 16-year veteran of commercial real estate, Darrin has received numerous industry awards including Rookie of the Year, Career Best (ten times), and the Circle of Excellence award given to national top producers. In 2001, Darrin was elected to the Board of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR). He is currently serving as President for this organization. Darrin is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Lower Downtown District, Inc. (LDDI), and the Downtown Denver Partnership.
