Twenty-one years of experience, Darrin has worked on dispositions, acquisitions, direct leases, subleases, build-to-suit, speculative development, portfolio management and national/corporate real estate consulting. Darrin has been the recipient of many awards including the 2006 "Realtor of the Year" from Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors, where he also served as President. Darrin has also received the "Circle of Excellence" award, presented to the national top producers and is actively involved in the community where he currently serves on the Lower Downtown District Board as a Membership Chair.
Colleen Minde is an Associate Broker with Frederick Ross Company and teams with Darrin Revious specializing in office leasing and investment sales in the Central Business District, LoDo, Midtown and Ballpark markets. As a Denver native, Ms. Minde adds value with an in depth knowledge of the Denver market. Since joining Frederick Ross Company in 2006, Ms. Minde has participated in more than 30 transactions.
